Adhika Masa Seva

Adhika Māsa is a highly sacred period dedicated to Shri Mahavishnu in his Purushottama form. Spiritual activities performed during this time, such as seva, dāna, japa, and parayana, are considered especially auspicious.

At Mantralaya, the kshetra of Sri Raghavendra Swamy on the banks of the Tungabhadra, the merit of such offerings is believed to multiply. During this period, special sevas, parayana, homa, annadāna and other religious programs are being conducted in the divine presence of Rayaru.

Devotees may participate in these offerings and receive anugraha.
