• Booking is for one day only (23 hours).
• No cancellation/refund/date-time change allowed after booking.
• Extension of stay is not allowed. Check-out time is strict.
• Maximum two room bookings per user per month.
• Booking window is 3 to 30 days in advance.
• Refundable deposit is payable at check-in counter.
• SRS Matha may cancel and refund bookings if required by policy.
