Akshaya Tritiya celebrations in Sri Mutt - Mantralayam
On the occasion of Akshaya Trithiya, Chandana utsavam was held in Sri Mutt in a grand manner. As part of this utsavam, Sandal wood paste (Gandhalepana) was applied to Shri Rayara Brindavana and other Saints Brindavanas in Sri Mutt. Later H.H. Sri Swamiji inaugurated Silver sheeted doors of Garbhagudi. Thousands of devotees witnessed these glorious moments on this auspicious occasion. The sight of Shri Rayaru’s Brindavana covered in sandal wood paste is beyond description. Here are some photos of this holy occasion.
