Visit to Udupi
H.H. Sri Subudhendra Teertha Swamiji visited Srikshetra Udupi today at the invitation of Paryaya Sri Puttige Mutt Swamiji. H.H. Sri Sugunendra Teertha Swamiji, Peethadipati of Sri Puttige Mutt, and H.H. Sri Susreendra Teertha Swamiji, Junior Pontiff of the Mutt, warmly welcomed H.H. Sri Swamiji traditionally.
H.H. Sri Subudhendra Teertha Swamiji had darshan of Lord Sri Udupi Krishna. Later, he inaugurated the construction work of the Golden Ratha inside the Sri Krishna Matha Prakara.
On this auspicious occasion, H.H. Sri Sugunendra Teertha Swamiji offered a golden necklace to Sri Brahmakararchita Moola Ramadevaru. H.H. Sri Subudhendra Teertha Swamiji also presented a long necklace to Lord Sri Udupi Krishna as a mark of devotion.

The revered Swamijis felicitated each other and blessed the assembled devotees with their divine anugraha sandesha.On the auspicious occasion of H.H. Sri Subudhendra Teertha Swamiji’s visit to Udupi, a grand programme was held at the historic Rajangana. During the event, H.H. Sri Sugunendra Teertha Swamiji, Peethadipathi of Puttige Mutt, conferred the honorary title “Abhinava Parimalacharya” upon H.H. Sri Subudhendra Teertha Swamiji, in recognition of His scholarly excellence and spiritual leadership.
As a gesture of devotion and support, H.H. Sri Swamiji generously contributed ₹10 lakhs towards the construction of the new Suvarna Ratha, which will be used within the prakaram (inner courtyard) of Sri Krishna Matha, Udupi.
