1. Please note that this initial launching is purely on a trial basis and is subject to modifications from time to time.
2. If for any reason the booked room is not available, an alternate room will be provided in the same block.
3. No room will be allotted under any circumstances for single person. Such reservations would be deemed cancelled and amount is not refundable.
4. The room will have to be vacated at the stipulated time (23 hours), failing which management reserves the right to vacate the same.
5. Refundable amount of a day's rent to be deposited at the time of check in.
6. Please go through the conditions carefully and if you accept them, you may register and transact on the site. No user can register more than once on the site. Please note that once you register yourself on this site, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with all these terms and conditions, you must not transact on this website.
7. If a user violates the terms and conditions of use by registering more than once or multiple booking, SRS Matha reserves the right to deactivate all such user registration and / or cancel all or any of the rooms booked using these registrations without any notice or refund.
8. Incorrect or incomplete information in the user profile may lead to deactivation. Your reservation confirmations will be sent to your registered E-Mail id.
9. If user violates this condition, SRS Matha reserves the right to cancel all or any room booked without any notice or refund.
10. ERS (Electronic Reservation Slip) - The printout in standard specified Performa containing reservation particulars and instructions for use should be taken out after making online reservation. The same should be brought alongwith relevant identification documents for availing of the services booked online at the time of pilgrimage. The production of relevant identification documents (as quoted at the time of making online reservation) is mandatory at the time of availing the facilities booked online, failing which the user can be denied the concerned service/facility. The rules and instructions recorded on the electronic reservation slip shall govern the terms and conditions of respective service/facility.
11. After booking the services (room or seva) through this site, user must preserve the Transaction ID and all other details for future reference.
12. Users shall be responsible for complying with all extant laws, statutes and regulations in connection with the use of the website. This website is for personal use of the pilgrim and not for any commercial use by any one. You shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products or services obtained from this website. You shall not create a hypertext link to the website.
13. All devotees are requested to submit the correct details during online reservation. The details once submitted by the devotee shall not be changed / modified.
14. Online booking on the official website of SRS Matha can be done maximum 30 days and minimum 03 days in advance from the date of journey / booking.
15. All devotees must carry original valid Photo ID and Address Proof without which booking will be denied. Passport / Driving Licence / Voters ID / PAN card or Credit Card with Photo.
16. Any dispute relating to or arising out of all or any one of the above stated terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of Courts at Yemmiganur.
17. The details once submitted by the devotee shall not be changed / modified. If user violates this condition, SRSMatha reserves the right to cancel all or any reservation without any notice or refund in addition to legal action.
18. This website is for personal use of the devotee and not any commercial use by any one. If user violates this condition, SRS Matha reserves the right to cancel all or any reservation without any notice or refund in addition to legal action.
19. Any other website claiming to have been authorized by the SRS Matha is fake and not recognized for any bookings / reservation issues.
20. Any booking made through any agent shall be cancelled without any refund in addition to legal action which may follow.
21. Please note this transaction no. It will be required for further correspondence related to this transaction with SRS Matha.
22. Delivery of SMS depends on mobile service provider of user, network availability and other related issues.
23. For transactions where eticket and mticket are not received, but payment deducted, you can contact onlineservices@srsmatha.org. Please check transaction status before proceeding to book another ticket for the same journey.
24. Important: All users are requested not to share their online banking / Credit card / Debit card details to any person from SRS Matha or call center or SRS Matha cell.
25. Management reserves right to change / amend any of the above T&C.
